Almost done
I got this entire block done last evening
So I have this block
and the cream strips in this block left to do and then the quilting is done! So this quilt is 96% quilted. I will be putting the binding on this weekend for sure!
We had an exciting day at work yesterday. The company is in a joint venture with another company on a big highway project. After several weeks of working on the bid and 12 hours days, we were low bidders! When the numbers came in over the computer to guys waiting to see what the bids were, they just erupted into clapping, hooting, and hollering when we were low. The rest of us in the office went over to the big conference room to congratulate the guys for all their hard work. The job will take several years.

Finally at the end of the quilting. It is really densely quilted too.
How nice to have good news at work - it sounds really exciting. You'll be done binding and onto the dog quilt before you know it.
