Harley progress and snow

I made a lot of progress on the Harley t-shirt quilt layout last night! I am not crazy about how dark that brick red shirt is so if the shirts Andrea is mailing to me has a light colored shirt in the pile, I will be changing that shirt out. The size of the pieces around the outside are going to be narrower and I plan on cutting the rest of the shirts all the same size. Here is what it looks like now.
Overnight we only got an 1" of snow. The roads weren't horrible so I managed to make it to work safely. I left really early, about 5:50 a.m., and with the schools closed there wasn't much traffic. I put the car in 4-wheel drive and took it slow over hill and dale. It is a 15 mile one way trip to the office. It is snowing all day today according to the forecast. Maybe we will get enough they will send us home early!

I hope it stays all snow and not the icy mess that is going across the country.

Love Snoopy and Woodstock with the tree - it livens' things up! Like Wanda said, I hope it doesn't get icy or slippery for you. We've had some challenging road conditions for weeks now between really cold, snowing, icy rain, and then warming up again. Can't wait for spring to show up!
