Weekend plans

The number one project this weekend is to get that vest finished. It is pinned together and ready for me to stitch.
I went thru my buttons and found four of two differnt sizes that would work.
The next project is to get some yard work done. The stupid marathon will have the neighborhood streets closed down on Saturday so I won't be able to go anywhere so yard work might as well happen then. Other projects on the list are to fully finish some of those smalls I have been stitching, get them packed for shipping, and putting labels on the pink and black t-shirt quilt, the black and white star quilt, the vintage rail fence quilt, and t-shirt quilt made out of my nephew's band t-shirts. Maybe I can start thinking about what my next project will be; there is always something on the list! Have a great weekend!

Sounds like an odds and ends weekend! At least the weather should be nice.

It must feel good to list all those projects that are ready for labels. You've gotten lots done the past few months. Hope the weather cooperates for your yard work. Are you planning/hoping for your deck to be rebuilt this fall or is that a project for next year? I'm still working on my improv blocks - will share pictures once I'm further along.

Who is the vest for? I’m behind on reading!

Good luck finishing the vest. I'm sure you will pick the perfect buttons for it.

LOL on the "stupid marathon". Time to stitch away and do a little yard work. Enjoy your weekend. I know you'll get a lot done.

We are having great weather here so I hope you are too for the yard work. It will get up to 80 or a little higher by 3 p.m. but by then I'm either done outside or I don't go out until 6 when it starts cooling down again.

Labeling is something I always put off until I have to do it. I have 5 labels waiting to be sewn on now.
