Scrap-a-palooza day 17 and some yardwork

I got a few scraps cut today. Here they are
After I got all the files downloaded for a project at work, I went outside and did a bit of yardwork. It was 58 degrees and the sun was shinning! The side yard was a mess after the high winds we had a few weeks ago. It didn't even look like I had done any clean up at all! I got out the leaf blower, a rake, the trimmer, and loppers.
Here it is all cleaned up after blowing, raking, triming, then raking again, and blowing again. It dawned on me that I when I divide the ornamental grass in the bed out front, I needed a place to plant all the extra I will have. I think they will look good along this sad wire fence my neighbor put up for his dogs.
The internet is extremely slow tonight loading pictures so you will just have to picture in your mind the deer looking at me in the backyard while I loaded up the last of the mulch into a wheelbarrow, the tarp I had under the mulch  laid out so the rain forecasted tomorrow can wash it off, and a scattering of bird feathers I assume that were left from some animal or predatory bird that had the bird for a meal.

You sure keep busy. You remind me of myself at a younger age lol.

Keep trimming the scraps and it will become a habit...

That does look like a good place for the ornamental grass.
