Harley progress

The quilt is now 30% quilted. I finished quilting the two black shirts at the second to the last row. I needed to take a break from quilting on black and quilted the pale green shirt at the bottom.
I am so glad it is Friday. My plans for the weekend are to quilt on the Harley quilt and to pulled weeds weather permitting. Rain is in the forecast for Saturday and Sunday so let's hope I can still get in some desperately needed weeding.

Rain predicted for the weekend here too but it sounds like spotty rain and some of it at night. It's so much easier to pull weeds after a rain.

two hours of pulling weeds on monday didn't make a dent for them, just for my aching back - makes me hope for rain even more than for the drought ... 70% to go - quilt away this weekend and forget the weeds for now (that's what is gonna happen here - the northern lights santa wants his borders and i'm not gonna say no to santa)

I've finally got my back pain under control and can look forward to getting serious about some yard work when I get back from vacation. I expect this quilt will be done by the time I get back!
