Thread beds done

I worked really hard when I got home from work and got the thread beds done so I could mail them today. I am happy with how they turned out.

I also made the lady a scissor pouch to match each TB as a little thank you gift. I didn't have enough of either of the purple swirl or dragonfly fabric to make the scissor pouch so I just made two using the little bit of the turquoise batik I had left.

When I got home, I was greeted by the first California poppies for the season! Yes, they are mixed with a lot of weeds, but it was nice to see some color in the flower beds. These are all from self-seeding.

Now it is back to the Harley quilt!
