9th finish for 2025 and the zig zag started
I worked on hand stitching the binding at lunch yesterday and finished it up when I got home so the courthouse steps flannel quilt is done! Woohoo! It is the same size as the log cabin flannel quilt - the number 8 finish for 2025.
I got started on the next blue flannel quilt top which will be a zig zag.
The strips were already cut and I rearranged the layout a bit this morning.

I’ve been thinking about making another chevron quilt…..however, I really can’t handle five tops on the go 😂. I am almost finish sewing the one on the design wall……;-)
Two flannel quilt finished and in the right season for them. I need to spread out all of my flannel fabric and see what I have. There are 4 big bins full plus some stacked on a shelf. I bought a lot to make pillowcases for the family for several Christmases but now some of them have different size pillows so I would have to ask all of them what they have if I make more this year.
