Quilting and shoveling
As soon as I got home from work I shoveled the driveway. There was only about 2 inches of snow. It was light and fluffy so it was easy to clear off. While I was at it, I decided to do my neighbor's driveway. He is always helping me with my tech issues so I thought it would be nice for him to come home from work to a cleared off driveway. That took about 45 minutes. I headed inside and eventually started to quilt another t-shirt. I picked this gray one because it would be easier to see. Those dark and black shirts will have to wait until I have good natural light. I am now 16% done with the quilting.
There was a lot of outlining on this shirt as you can see in this picture of the back.
I am so ready for the weekend! I plan on spending one day quilting and the other day working on curved top pouches. Have a great weekend!

The outline quilting on the flags look kind of like wings on the back so I had to scroll back because I didn’t see any wings in the picture 😂
We only got an inch of snow so no shoveling required. It's up to 37 now and it has melted off the driveway.
Sweet of you to help the neighbor on his driveway. Free exercise for you. The flame quilting on this block looks great, as does the outlining. Our kid had a head cold late last night. That means I don't have to run him to help with the bowling tournament today. Looks like it's a sewing kind of day for me as well. I was hoping to longarm, but I might just be in the house to see how the kid is doing... Long weekend for us with the MLK day off school on Monday.
You have tremendous talent. We got a lot of snow ❄️ here in Montreal, Canada and I love ❤️ it.
How nice of you to do your neighbor's driveway too!!! I'm sure it put a smile and relief for him when he got home!
You seem to have the best neighborhood!
