Project bags off the list for now.

I was tired yesterday, but I made myself accomplish something. I can now cross those project bags off the list. Yes, Karen I do make project bags.
That pile of pieces has been turned into finished bags! Woohoo! It took me a bit longer to get the first one done since I changed the way I sewed them together and changed the interfacing. The fusible interfacing on the right is what I had been using and I decided to use the Thermolam interfacing to give the bags a little more heft. The construction method is different, so it took me a bit to get it figured out. Some people don't like the vinyl front bags, but I do. I have made a few of the full fabric bags. I am going to have to play around and get a good design for those just in case anyone wants bags like that.
I brought in this bin that had some project bags in it. The bin was still sitting on a table in the garage from when I can back from the retreat. I still have a few bags left and I added the new one to it.
In the bin was this bag that they gave us at the retreat. I forgot it was in there!

It's a good feeling to have a nice stash of finished bags.
