Fabric for the next project and riding a bike

I purchased a bunch of 1/2 yard pieces for a project I am going to work on this winter. I managed to get all the fabric washed and pressed this passed weekend.

I am slowly recovering from the exhaustion. I rode my bike to work, home for lunch and back, then home at the end of the day. It is a hair over a mile one way, but there is a bit of a uphill grade to work. After a couple of weeks I know it will get easier and I finally got my gears figured out to make it easier to ride up those grades. My bum is a bit tender too - you know, right on those bones that come in contact with the seat. Ouch! Here is my bike parked and locked outside the trailer. I only plan on taking the car is when it is raining or I have to run errands at lunchtime.

Ouch! I remember that feeling when just getting back into riding.

I love that you are riding!! Good for you. I have a seat in my bike that takes the pressure off your, um, lady parts. It was designed as a seat for the policemen who ride the bike beat. There were male issues and it was developed to relieve those. It is the most comfortable seat I have ever sat on and does not put pressure on sensitive parts on long rides.

It is called the Hobson Easy Seat. Schwinn makes a no pressure seat that is a step below the Hobson.
