Picking thread, another tote bag, ladies' party
I pulled from my stash of thread what I will need for the t-shirt quilt. Lots of colors!
I haven't gotten the picture of the quilt yet. However, one of the ladies loved the bag I had gifted the quilt in and I told her I could make her one. I did that last evening. This is an upholstery weight fabric.
We had the ladies' Christmas party at a Japanese restaurant. I had sushi - yum! My gift was a cast iron pie pan and a candle that smells wonderful! I will be burning the candle over the holidays when I am on vacation, relaxing and sewing.

I want to hear more about the cast iron pie pan. Chris is famous for his apple pies and he makes them a lot. I wonder what difference a cast iron pan would make.
