95% done!
I worked all weekend on the studio and I am almost done! The only items left are to install a return air grille, trim the window, install the new lights, and make curtains for the window.
I managed to find a little time to clean up the laundry utility room too. Remember what it looked like?

Your floor in the laundry room looks like my old kitchen floor (circa 1953) before I put in the hardwood.

Oh wow! How did you get a fireplace in your Quilt Room???? And a round one at that! Nirvana!
When we were looking for houses 29 years ago, I really wanted the one with the round fireplace like yours. It also had a fireplace in the bedroom! Oh how I wanted that house. Frank vetoed the idea, he could not fathom something other than a normal fireplace.
