I finally started feeling better Saturday evening. I am still not 100% over this cold, but it is tolerable now. I stayed home the entire weekend only going outside to drag in the trash bin. It didn't matter that I didn't have turkey, sweet potatoes, and pie - I couldn't have tasted them anyway. In between naps I did work on the flannel quilt I am making for my sister for Xmas. I finished the binding last night so here is the finished quilt.

I forgot to measure it, but it is hanging on my 8' tall design wall so it's about 66 x 84. I used almost two spools of Connecting Threads Essentials thread in a medium pink color. My next project will be a baby quilt for a drummer of a band my brother works for. I will digging into my musical stash of fabric for that one.
