The JB quilt was not my named improv project and I am not sure it fits the criteria, but it is what it is for now. It is now ready to be pin basted.
Here is a close up of the ocean that I pieced together with what scraps I had left.
I will be linking with Kaja and Ann at for the AHIQ monthly post.
I really like the way the blue sky/sea areas move the eye around this piece. Thanks for linking up with AHIQ -it may not be playing with scale but it's definitely improv, and that's what counts.
ReplyDeleteIt's a clever way to continue the theme of your t-shirts, Patty. I like the way you slipped/offset the shoreline on some of your scraps. You always have thoughtful ideas; thanks for linking with AHIQ.
ReplyDeleteI think it qualifies beautifully!
ReplyDeleteHi Patty, JB is improv for sure, designing as you go. Nice progress.
ReplyDeleteI hope your work situation has calmed down for you.
I have family issues that drain my creativity dry.
It's like when will this get resolved?
Things get bumpy sometimes.
