I was tired, but I still got some stuff done that I could cross off the list! I got a second coat of paint on the closet door and the doors in the garage.
I got the closet system installed. Now that was a job! Up and down the ladder a bunch of times. Once I got the head rail attached the rest was easy. I had to hacksaw the head rail shorter and that took awhile to do. The entire installation took me about two hours.
I installed the return air grille and put on light switch and receptacle covers. Put knobs on closet doors. I also hung one of my favorite kind of arty pieces.
I headed outside to mow the rest of the back yard and give the plants I transplanted a drink of water.
My Lenten roses in the back need a bit of TLC. They have grown so much!
I only have a couple more items on my list for the master bedroom. I did add two things last evening, but they are small things. It helps keep me on task having this white board. I am trying not to get overwhelmed with all this work I am doing so I have decided to do only one room at a time. The goal is to get the upstairs done so I can get the floors refinished.
What all is upstairs? Both those rooms or??
ReplyDeletePatty, you amaze and inspire me! I wish I was half as productive as you are!
ReplyDeleteBusy lady! I'm lucky, my DH does the yard work. The white board is a good idea.
ReplyDeleteCrossing things off a 'to do' list is one of life's simple pleasures for me. Mind you, my lists are not as long as this one of yours!
