quilting progress

I got started on the next quilt. While quilting my mind has time to think. I was thinking about all the projects I need to get done in the next couple of months. I may have to take some vacation.

The five day forecast

After I got home from work I shoveled the driveway again, but there was only about a half an inch that had accumulated during the day. I did work on the end of the driveway and the cul-de-sac a bit more to clear out an area so when I back out the rear wheels are not buried in snow. That took about 35 minutes. I shoveled again before work another 1/4 - 1/2". It may seem silly to bother clearing away so little snow, but eventually it could built up and it is certainly easier to shovel 1/2" versus 3 or 4 inches! The sun is shining now and since my driveway faces the south maybe the sun will heat up the driveway and get rid of anything that is left.
